Welcome to HUZIEN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our website or placing an order with HUZIEN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About HUZIEN

HUZIEN is an online business based in Pakistan offering premium watches and fragrances. We are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to place the order.

  • You will use our website only for lawful purposes.

3. Products

HUZIEN makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

  • Product availability is subject to stock.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • If an obvious pricing error occurs, HUZIEN reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any advance payment made.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

HUZIEN reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order.

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse.

  • Contact customers to verify order details before dispatch.

6. Payment

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

  • Advance Payment via JazzCash

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier upon delivery.

For JazzCash advance payment orders, payment must be successfully received and verified before the order is processed and dispatched.

7. Shipping & Delivery

HUZIEN delivers across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote locations

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

HUZIEN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their parcel while the delivery rider is present.

If the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

the customer should refuse the delivery and return the parcel immediately to the courier.

Once the parcel has been accepted and the courier has completed the delivery, the order is considered accepted.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Customers must inspect their parcel before accepting delivery.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be refused at the time of delivery.

  • After the parcel has been accepted, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available, except where required by applicable law.

  • If a customer changes their mind after accepting the order or simply does not like the watch or fragrance, HUZIEN may, at its sole discretion, offer a discount on a future purchase. This does not create an obligation to provide a refund or exchange.

11. Warranty

Unless explicitly stated on a product page, products sold by HUZIEN are provided without any warranty.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • The HUZIEN name

  • Logo

  • Product images

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Website design

  • Branding

is the property of HUZIEN and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Copy or misuse our content.

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUZIEN shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies.

  • Temporary website interruptions.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

HUZIEN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
